Payment for services is due in full prior to the commencement of any training session. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic funds transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To cancel or reschedule a training session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Health and Safety

The health and safety of all dogs and participants are our top priority. Dogs attending training sessions must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by local regulations. Aggressive or sick dogs are not permitted in group sessions for the safety of all involved.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of dogs and participants during training sessions, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. Owners are responsible for the behavior and actions of their dogs at all times.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and their dogs. Any information shared during training sessions or consultations will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property
